Financial Prosperity and God: Mutually Inclusive?

I am an ardent believer in the fact that there can be no financial prosperity in alienation of God. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that ‘the Lord maketh rich’. The ability to prosper, be financially empowered and financially intelligent is always attributed to the God factor.

Let’s look at it from this angle, sometimes your next door neighbour hears of a juicy opportunity within your vicinity and takes advantage of it and you were right in the same vicinity and did not hear and you’re wondering, ‘how come?’ Some would call it luck, others would call it
chance. Whatever name you give it, the truth is, one person getting some information before the other in a similar situation is not of the person’s doing. There is usually an external factor responsible for that, be it luck, chance, a higher being, a supernatural cause, the Man Up-there or God.

I am not saying that every information you get or opportunity that comes your way is always as a result of an external factor. No! Many people actually do go out of their way to get information and seek for opportunities; however, if you find yourself getting information on anything without effort, then, it was God that made it possible. I know some people would rather argue that it’s nothing but a matter of chance or luck, but even the Bible says “the race is not to the swift…time and chance happeneth to them all”. So, God had ordained it to be so.

Now! Let’s get a little deeper. I did mention earlier that people do go out of their way to seek for information. I’m sure you know that not all the people that seek for information would find it and if they do find, it would be in varied degrees. That you sought and found, is because God willed it to be so. The Bible says ‘Seek and ye shall find’, which means, if you strongly believe in that scripture and hold on to it in faith, then, whatever you seek (if it is according to His WILL), you shall find. Hence, that a man sought financial empowerment and found it can be attributed to the fact that God willed it to be so. That someone sought financial prosperity and found it, it was God. That a man sought a wife and found one, it was God and this can also go the other way; that a man sought and did not find, it was because god did not will it to be so.

When we look at our everyday lives, we realize, we all desire to prosper, almost every lady desires to get married to a rich guy before 30, people desire to work in some certain companies, however, it is not all that achieve these things. Not because they have not tried or worked hard, but because it was not the Will of God for their lives.

So, we can safely say that in a Man or Woman’s quest for prosperity, he/she should always be in tune with the Creator, the Almighty God because only Him can establish prosperity in our lives.

Passionately committed to raising you to great financial heights,

Derin
